Hubby went and got the newspaper.

I went outside for some fresh air↓

 Hubby went to work

I started to put up the bunting for tomorrow celebration of VE Day tomorrow.

The skip is ready to be picked up↓

 Getting things ready for tomorrow↓

 Bunting all around the garden↓

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 A man tries to put his large lorry on the drive to take away the skip. It wouldn't fit on the drive. Before he left to get a smaller lorry, I gave him a slice of banana bread.

Now to enjoy the sunshine...

 

 

 I gets Kenny out for some Carrot cake↓

 Quick read of the newspaper↓

Light lunch time↓

 

 

 While I had a power-nap, the skip had gone!

Tea at 3pm↓

We got 3/6 on the TV Themes Quiz.

I chatted to an ex-employee of The Happy Place Of Work for half an hour, I made sure there was 2 metre distance between him and me.

Then it was Evening Meal time↓

 Off to work I go↓

 With some great music↓

Back home,

The sun was going down↓

 We nipped to Lidl's↓

 We got back.

We looked up in the sky.

The airplane was going through the pink clouds in the sky↓

 

 

 

The carrot cake was a total fail :(

 We caught up with Judge Rinder.

 Hubby went off to bed, while I caught up with the last case.

Cleaned the kitchen, and loaded up the dishwasher.

Off to warm up my hands on someone's warm body.....
