You don't have to be mad to work here, but it helps - Anon
Welcome to join in with my Friday Feeling 🎈
with a hot brew.
Breakfast.
Opened the curtains...
Dressed.
Gives hubby a sloppy wet 😘 before I go.
I parked in the nearby car park.
I put my jacket on under my Summer Coat.
I kept hearing Agadoo
My phone kept ringing....
It was ex-plum.....
(As I'm on duty, I'm not allowed to answer my phone!)
I stopped the brown car that thought it was funny to try and run me over a few afternoons again.Didn't find it funny.
Then on the return leg, she got stopped again.
Some cars were going too fast, and when my stick gets lowered, the brakes have to been slammed on!
I finished in one piece.
I answered Ex-Plum with a text message with OK.
Now to get to Webbs...
I go through Hanbury....
I missed my B3 space...
Back to Sexy Beast....
I went past Bromsgrove Morrison's petrol station, there was a massive queue for petrol.....
I remember back in 2000 when it was like that........
Back home.
All his 6th Form Year gave him an applause when he got into school for dressing up as Where is Wally.
Now for me to leave....
I get a ice lolly.
Then I put on my lights.
I collect my lollipop stick,
And enjoys the sunshine.
It wasn't as bad as last Friday afternoon, not by a long shot. Still cars braking the last minute when I either lower the stick down, or I stood in the middle of the road!
I finished in one piece.
Back home.
Hubby came back with some Fish and Chips with Curry sauce!
I gave him a sloppy wet 💋
Hubby dropped off one son at his football, then carried on to the shopping with our other son.
I meanwhile had some newspaper reading to catch up with!
Gerry Marsden MBE was an English singer-songwriter, musician and television personality, best known for being leader of the Merseybeat band Gerry and the Pacemakers. He was the younger brother of fellow band member Freddie Marsden.
Gerry and the Pacemakers had the distinction of being the first
act to have their first three recordings go to number 1 in the UK
charts. Although they never had a number 1 in the United States, they were the second-most successful group from Liverpool, after the Beatles, to have hits on the United States pop charts. Their 1965 musical film Ferry Cross the Mersey was co-written by Tony Warren.
He would have been 79 years old🎈
He died in 2021 aged 78 years old.
