Pump Up The Loft!

I had a job as an airline pilot. I was fired because I kept locking the keys in the plane. They caught me on a 80-foot stepladder with a coat hanger - Steven Wright
Welcome to my Friday's Feeling 🎈
Nice warm hug to start the day off with.
Breakfast.
Dressed.
It's supposed to go up to 21c today...
I gave hubby a sloppy wet 💋
Summer Coat time...
Turned on my lights...
Now for the fun to start...🍭
The traffic lights at the bottom of the road was causing a traffic jam all the way up to me!
One side of the road was grid-locked. At least I only had one side of the road to stop!
(Or try too!)
At least I finished in one piece.
Now onto coffee and B3...
I had a coffee while waiting for my friend to arrive.
Hubby had to ask the Loft firm if they were coming as there was no sign of them by 10am.
They couldn't find the house!
They soon laying the insulation.
I had one last coffee.
I said goodbye to my friend and on home I went.
When I got home, their van was parked over the drive, so I parked on the road.
I was dying to use the toilet, but the boards were in the way.
Off to Morrisons to use their toilets.
Back again home for a very quick lunch.
Gave hubby a sloppy wet 💋 before I left.
On goes the Summer Coat.
My friend appears, so I nip and get a sausage roll, turn my lights and sit down with a chat with my friend for a chat.
I wished him a great weekend before I started my afternoon shift.
Still having problems with the traffic backing up to me.
One car has stopped still for a good five minutes in the meantime I had crossed over about 10 people.
I finished in one piece.
They had finished the loft by the time I got home!
It was nice to use my own toilet!
The loft looks well nice.
We have to get a taller ladder as the kids can just about in the loft.
A little nibble...
We put some off-cuts of carpet to keep it a bit extra warm.
Shopping will be done tomorrow...
As well as bringing the stuff back from the storage unit, to go back into the warm loft!
Take away pizza for a late tea.
Quick look in the newspaper.
Frederick  Heath known professionally as Johnny Kidd, was an English singer-songwriter, best remembered as the lead vocalist for the rock and roll band Johnny Kidd & the Pirates. He was one of the few pre-Beatles British rockers to achieve worldwide fame, mainly for his 1960 hit, "Shakin' All Over".
He sadly died aged 30 in 1966.
Jim Diamond  was a Scottish singer-songwriter, best known for his three Top 5 hits: "I Won't Let You Down" (1982), as the lead singer of PhD; and his solo performances "I Should Have Known Better", a United Kingdom No. 1 in 1984, and "Hi Ho Silver", the theme song from Boon, which reached No. 5 in the UK Singles Chart in 1986.
He died on this day in 2015 aged 64.
We watched the third episode of the 20th season of Hell's Kitchen.
Sleep Tea time.
Off to bed with the last of the Friday Feeling 🎈
