Touching Up The Rear!

I've been on more laps than a napkin - Mae West
Welcome to my Tuesday Experience ⛔
Nice warm hug.
Brew with Breakfast.
On goes that trusty thermal vest.
Dressed.
Gives hubby a sloppy wet 💋
Now to leave the house.
I still put on 2 winter hats, and gloves.
It might be 8c, but it feels a lot colder.
Now to look at the Christmas Lights.
Puts on my lights.
Now let's go to work...🍭
Oh dear, it was getting worst as my shift went on. No one was stopping, just kept going under my stick and just giving me the look when they went past.
Oh well, at least me feet are still on the pavement!
I finished in one piece.
I got the newspaper on the way to get my back wiper changed.
He came out, and in seconds it was done.
"It looks quick, but I have been doing since I was 12 years old!"
"Wow," I replied.
I said "Goodbye," and drove home.
I put on the coffee machine.
Loaded up the dishwasher and put it on.
Now for that much needed coffee!
Now to get yesterday's blog post.
Light lunch.
Now for round 2.
One song that I was on repeat was:
Wears one hat, and gloves.
Turns on my lights.
Has a rabbit with my two friends.
I noticed my parcel I had ordered was delivered to the nearby supermarket. I will pick it up afterwards.
I said goodbye to my friends.
Now to start my shift.
Different from this morning.
Cars were actually stopping for me!
This carried on until I finished.
Now to fetch the parcel from the supermarket.
It is massive and heavy.
(Good job I left my lollystick in the car)
Now for the journey home.
One white car I was following, decided to signel right at the roundabout.
He was in the outer lane, I was in the left hand lane. I carried on over the roundabout, and I looked at my mirror and woe and be hold the white car was following instead of turning right!
I was glad to get home!
Time to put the tea in the oven.
Nice cup of brew to keep warm.
Gives hubby a sloppy wet 💋 when he comes home.
Now for tea to be served.
Quick look into today's newspaper.
Allan Sherman (born Allan Copelon) was an American actor, singer, producer and writer who became famous as a song parodist in the early 1960s. His first album, My Son, the Folk Singer (1962), became the fastest-selling record album up to that time. His biggest hit single was "Hello Muddah, Hello Fadduh", a comic novelty in which a boy describes his summer camp experiences to the tune of Ponchielli's Dance of the Hours
He would have been 97 years old 🎈
He sadly died aged 48 in 1973.
Frank Ifield OAM is a British-Australian country music singer and guitarist who often incorporated yodelling into his music. In 2003, Ifield was inducted into the Australian Roll of Renown. Ifield was inducted into the ARIA Hall of Fame at the ARIA Music Awards of 2007. In 1986 he contracted pneumonia, which resulted in removal of part of a lung and damage to his vocal cords. He relocated to Sydney in 1988 and was unable to sing or yodel for years as he recovered. In June 2009 he was presented with the Medal of the Order of Australia, "For service to the arts as an entertainer". He was first married to Gillian Bowden (1965–88) and the couple had two children. Trying Not To Slip & Slide!

It's the good girls keep diraries. The bad girls never have the time - Tallulah Bankhead
Welcome aboard to a very cold Wobbly Work Wheel 🎡
Nice warm hug.
Brew with Breakfast.
Lots of layers on top of the thermal vest.
I gives hubby his sloppy wet 💋
Very icy, and cold outside.
I parks in the car park around the corner.
As the Covid-19 Boosters are in the hall.
2 winter hats go on with gloves, and boots.
The Christmas Santa has now returned!
Now let's go to work.
Car drivers were going a lot slower than normal because of the ice on the roads.
I hope where I stand in the afternoon, defrosts, as it is slippy as hell on that side of the road.
Everyone commenting on how cold it is this morning. It was -2.5c when I started this morning.
Few car drivers kept going and not stopping on the otherside of the road.
At least I finished in one piece.
I was careful going back to Sexy Beast.
I got changed and just about to walk down to the Post Office, when I forgot my facemask.Back to the car to fetch that.
I was careful going down the hill. Gets my letters weighed and gets asks if I know these people I have wrote a letter too.
"Nope, not yet, as they are on Death Row in America, I won't get to meet them personally either."
She was fascinated about it.
I told her about the series on Netflix about people being on Death Row.
I found a website that you can write to inmates  on Death Row. So I did!
The queue was getting longer in the Post Office, so I finished my conversation and said goodbye once I paid the postage.
I just about got up the hill, but nearly slipped over in the car park near my car.
Gets off my boots.
I picked up the newspaper on the way home.
Puts on the coffee machine.
I moved the things around in the bathroom to create more room in there!
Put the recycling out, and fetch some bread to the birds.
I had my minor workout after that!
Coffee is now needed.
I had to chase up Amazon up as they charged me full price for two Amazon echos instead of £29.99, I even put the discount code in.
I will have to wait for them to be delivered next week to get the refund!
I write yesterday's blog all the way to lunchtime!
Now for part two.
Nice little tune on repeat on the way to work.
Managed to park in the car park of the old Health Centre.
I gets gloves and 2 winter hats and walks up to put on my lights.
Has a good rabbit with my two friends before I start my afternoon shift.
Now to start.
One parent commented he nearly slipped over on the pavement before I crossed him back over this morning.
I'm glad the ice has now been defrosted on the pavement.
One parent I was talking to, was saying she went out for meal with 3 others on Saturday at a nearly pub. The cost was for three courses each, wine etc...... The amount was £280!
I pointed out I don't drink alcohol, I normally drink lemonade, but go dangerous and have lime added to it!
I wished her a happy Birthday for tomorrow.
Finished in one piece.
Hometime.
When I got home, the younger son had got all the boxes of Christmas decorations out from the loft.
He has put all a Christmas Tree in his room.
Hubby is at snooker tonight, and won't be putting up the decorations in the house until tomorrow night. The boxes went back up in the loft.
Someone was kept downstairs mind.
In need of a  strong brew...
Out comes the new wok we bought Saturday.
Meat Free Stir-Fry time.
