Nice Hole In The Ground!

Television is a weapon of mass distraction - Larry Gelbart

Welcome to my Thursday 👓
Nice warm hug....
Brew with breakfast.
That Thermal vest goes on....
The temperatures dropped down last night.
Brrrrrrrr.
Now to leave the house.
I gives hubby a wet sloppy one 😘
It's freezing...
Two winter hats and those warm gloves got put on.
I turn on my lights.
Now to Rock 'n' roll...
I didn't see no tanks either!
Traffic was behaving themselves, and stopping!
Everyone said it was well cold again.
I survived the morning.
I picked up the newspaper on the way home.
Coffee machine went on.
Now to load up the soup maker....
Loads of Chilli added....
Coffee time.
Made the soup.
Done some more needed housework up to lunch.
Light lunch time..
Now for part 2...
The sun might be out, but it's freezing.
On goes two winter hats and a pair of warm gloves....
I go and put my lights on....
Then I discover a hole had been dug this morning after I had finished...
I have a rabbit with my friends...
Those dark clouds kept coming overhead.
Plus it was getting colder.
I said goodbye to my friends.
Then we had bits of snow appear while the sun was shining!
Everyone was looking in the hole...
Someone said,"Looks like someone is having a water meter fitted!"
I was glad I finished in one piece as the temperatures were dropping.
Home time for me.
Fries the porkchops in the pan.
Then adds stuffing to them,
Bang them in the oven.
I did some nice roast potatoes as well.
Now to drop off Sexy Beast for his MOT.
I wait for hubby to pick me up.
Gets home.
Sexy Beast's empty space.
Dishes up tea.
Yum!
Telly time.

Oh dear, the fast forward button was pressed alot!
The only song I enjoyed was:
The Birthday Boy loved the Wonder Woman bag I made for his Birthday :) :)

Always Look on the Bright Side of Life!

Life  is painful, nasty and short.. in my case it  has only been painful and nasty - Djuna Barnes
Welcome to my Tuesday 👿👿👿👿😡😡😡
Nice warm hug to start the day with :)
Brew with Breakfast.
Thermal vest goes on.
Dressed.
Now out of the house I go...
Gives hubby a sloppy wet one before I leave.
It wasn't that warm.
On goes the two winter hats and gloves.
I turn on my lights.
Now for the fun....🍭
I only had one car to give the BOING to.
One stroppy car driver didn't want to stop, put her foot down, when I was starting to put the big stick out, she went a bit of further down the road, and then had to wait to get round a parked  car!
Nice to have chat with parents and people walking their dogs and getting their newspapers!
I finished in one piece.
I got the newspaper, on the way to visit my mum and dad.
I had a shock when I got there!
All the flowers that was on their grave was put by the bench???????
I put the flowers back.
The blue vase, the new flowers I bought them at Christmas, the new basket of daffs, the pot of roses, pink roses and the sun charging yellow flower had gone!
This what the grave looked liked on Saturday when I left it.
I was so angry 😡😡😡😡😡
That gold digging younger brother didn't even bring any flowers for Mother's Day.
It looks like he has took off things I bought for our parent's grave and put them somewhere else!
Tight fisted isn't a word I would call it!
I needed to unwind my anger....
Time to do some singing on the way back home...
Coffee machine went on...
Time to write yesterday's blog post and do some singing along with it!
Time for some liquid lunch.....
I sent my younger gold-digging brother a stern email.
Wasting my time with him,
Drawing a very long line underneath it.
Now for part 2..
Big big sun glasses time.
On goes the summer coat and hat.
I turns on my lights.
Meets up with my friends for a nice rabbit..
Sits on the bench to soak up some rays.
Says goodbye to my friends.
Now to start the afternoon shift.
The temperature was going down, and it was getting cold!
Pity I left my gloves in the car!
Had no trouble stopping the cars this afternoon.
Quite amazed was I!
Finished in one piece.
Hometime.
Needed a much need brew to warm up!
Made a Onion and Walnut Tarte Tatin.
The only thing I forgot to add was the Dolcelatte!
I did Spinach, mushrooms, red onion and garlic, lentils to it.
Hubby came home.
Nice big wet sloppy one ...
Tea is ready.
Yum!
