Should I Stay Or Go?

Comedies of manners swiftly become obsolete when there are no longer any manners - Noel Coward.
Welcome to my Thursday of Good or Bad News.
I am still feeling terrible.
Hubby had the day off work to attend the meeting later on.
Time to do the Heardle.
Heardle 60s.
My answers:
As I am only drinking water, and having dry toast for breakfast, there is no photo of the cup this morning.
Once I got up the thermal vest went on.
Got some fresh air by helping hubby load his car up for the tip run.
I gave him a sloppy wet one 💋 before he went out.
I got the living room ready for the meeting later.
Hubby comes back with the newspaper.
All ready for the meeting concerning our house.
Meeting time.
In the meeting were, 2 Councillors, hubby, me and the my Housing Officer.
Bad news, the Council doesn't want to do up next door and have decided to sell the land with my house on it.
(I wonder who wants to buy the land my house is on???
Any guesses???)
I was asked: "If I was living here in the middle of a Industrial Estate?"
"Of course I am happy living here!"I replied.
He will have to tell who is in charge, I am not going anywere!
If I had the money I would buy the land off the council myself.
Knock down the 2 houses down and build a nice new 6 bedroom house.
Electric fence all around,
Watch Tower in the front garden ;)
I had digs on how much stuff I have!
Ffs!
I call this meeting a Comedy of Errors!
Once everyone had left I took a deep breath.
The Cabin Bed I had bought my older son was took down and took down to the tip!
He had bought himself a single bed but no mattress!
Another night sleeping away.
Time for a liquid lunch!
Another Skeleton arrived!
Hubby had two more tip runs taking the rest of the expensive cabin bed I had bought my older son :( :(
Hubby got a take away on the way back.
I needed to try some solid food!
We will have to see what happens now....
Now to look inside today's newspaper.
