Lots Of Magic Going On!

One way to help the weather make up its mind is to hang out the washing - Marcelene Cox
Welcome to my Saturday 🍼
We woke up just in time to listen to
"Sounds of the 60s"
Nice warm hug to start Saturday with.
Brew with Breakfast.
Got kids up.
While one son was getting up, hubby dropped off the other son at work.
Once we were all ready...
Time to do some shopping...
We popped into Bromsgrove Argos for some more storage boxes...
Then onto Lidl's.
Nice price of a television.
Last one in store.
Bought myself some lovely flowers.
Gets back home to unpack the shopping.
Has a very light lunch.
My oldest son comes over with his pregnant girlfriend to collect the 5 bags of baby clothes I had washed.
I helped put them in the boot.
We started to sort out the Dining Room for an hour.
Then we had to go out and get some Magic Bags.
Tea.
Now back out to get some more Magic Bags.
It didn't help the box at the bottom opened up and the pasta sauce fell out and went splat all over the kitchen floor!
Some of the food is going to my Father-in-law on Monday.
Once tidied up, now to relax watching Kenny Everett

with
Sleep Tea

Dishing Up The Dessert!!

Live in such a way that you would not be ashamed to sell your parrot to the town gossip - Will Rogers
Welcome to my Hump of the Week 🐪
Still waiting for the swelling to go down on my knee ;(
Brew with hug.
Breakfast.
Dressed.
At least the sunshine is back..
Hubby fetched the newspaper for me before he left for work.
I gave him a sloppy big 💋 before he left for work.
I did the same to my kids as well 💋💋
Coffee time.
With a quick peek at the newspaper.

Paul  Eddington, CBE  was an English actor who appeared in the television sitcoms The Good Life and Yes Minister/Yes Prime Minister. He died on this day in 1995 aged 68.

I ordered 4 Xmas presents for our kids.
One present won't be avaliable until next week.
Hopefully going to come when the kids are at school.
I made a quick tart involving Puff Pastry, green pesto, mushroom, onion and bacon!
I put that in the oven ready to put on later.
In the meantime, I used 2 cans of condensing milk up...
Guess you guess what in?
I wrote yesterday's fun blog.
The post was a hour late due the postman having to wait for a hour for the replacement van, as his red van broke down.
Some nice mail I had too.
Once my waist elastic arrives, I will be able to start making some nice skirts!
I had some tape measures arrive as well as another cutting mat, as the other mat is too small on its own, when I want to cut some material. Plus all my tape measures have vanished into thin air!

Lunch time.
I finished making my surprise for everyone.
Millionaire's Shortbread.
Time for a little bingewatching..
I watched 3 episodes of season 4 of "Hell's Kitchen" with my younger son.
Once hubby came home,
he had a big sloppy 💋
As Lockdown is starting again in England tomorrow, hubby is still going in to work, and has to wear a face covering when he leaves his desk!
Tea is ready!.
The crispy bacon was so nice!.
More Hell's Kitchen to watch.
We took a break from season 4, as the new season 19 that is being shown on ITV2.
Time to dish up the dessert!
Millionaire's shortbread with whippy cream and pomegranate seeds.
We then caught up with the news...
With some sleep tea for me.
I hope to be back at work next Hump Day🐫
