Catching Up With It!

I find that distance lends enchantment to bagpipes
- William Blezard
Welcome to my Sunday Fun 👀
As the hour went forward, we stopped in bed a bit longer \o/
Breakfast and Brew time.
It's got a bit colder.
On goes the thermal vest.
Out in Sexy Beast for some fresh air.
Checked the tyre pressures.
We went to pick up the afternoon tea for two from Morrison's cafe.
Waited 10 minutes for it.
It cost me only £10
Gets back home.
Coffee machine went on.
Washing machine also went on.
Lots of housework to get done.
Breadmaker also went on.
Coffee time.
As I can't eat normal bread, hubby had the sandwiches that was in the box.
I used the bread I bought from Waitrose last week.
The bread was baked for this week!
The electric clothes drier was put to use.
Hubby sorted through 4 bags of things that came from his late dad's house.
I had to write 3 blog posts.
We listened to Pick of Pops from 1978 and 1990.
There were 2 songs that wasn't played from 1990.
Here are two thumping songs↓
JT and the Big Family - Moments in Soul
Guru Josh - Infinity
We had a late tea.
I looked into this weekend's newspaper again:
UK No.1 on this day in 1983:
Duran Duran - Is There Something I should Know?
UK No.1 on this day in 1988:
Aswad - Don't Turn Around
US No.1 on this day in 1977:
Back on the Wobbly Work Wheel 🎡 tomorrow.

Having A Early One !

If anything can go wrong, it will - Murphy's Law
Welcome to my Sunday 💓
We had a bit of a lie-in..🛏
Breakfast and Brew...
Dressed (including Thermal vest)
Now to go out and check over Sexy Beast.
It was so warm, the coat had to come off!
First to do was the tyres...
Off to see my mum and dad.
As it's Mother's Day next Sunday, and everywhere gets expensive to eat out.
I had my Mother's Day meal a week early.
I just had to normal meal,
(No upgrade to a large portion,
Hubby had my Yorkshire Pudding and roast potatoes)
We didn't have no puddings either,as we were full up!
Back home.
Now to sort out the Dining Room.
There was one cabinet that had to come out, so we can may room in there.
Two more cabinets were emptied to get it out of the house!
Then to move the two cabinets back in and sort through nearly 14 years of stuff!
Nice item I found.
A friend is having it.
After nearly four hours we got one half of the Dining room done.
The other half is next weekend!
We had a nice light tea of smoked salmon on crackers.
We had to catch up with a tv programme that went onto 1.15am this morning, and we were so tired at 12.30am, that we left it to go to bed.
The programme was:
"Shocking Truth About Talent Shows."
Was very good :)
Heardle Time!
