More Things To Go To!

It may be that your sole purpose in life is to serve as a warning to others - Anon
Welcome to my Thursday 📷💥😁
Nice hug to start the day with.
Breakfast with brew.
Then it's time for the Thermal vest!
Got my bits ready.
Time to leave the house.
I gave hubby a sloppy wet one before I left.
It was nice to see the sunshine.
At least I don't have to wear those sexy lumo trousers this morning.
On goes two winter hats and gloves.
I put on my lights,
Now for the fun to start!
Some car drivers don't realise you have to stop when I put my big stick out.....
In a little world of their own, and they go under it!
They have a BOING for their trouble.
A teenager tried to cross on her own over the busy road further down from me.
She gave up and crossed over with me in the end.
Towards the end, I had to shout to one parent pushing a pram, that a car wouldn't stop.It didn stop when my big stick appeared.
It tried to go, but another parent crossed over, and my big stick was in the way.
*Photo time for the local newspaper celebrating International Women's Day*
It will be in tomorrow's newspaper.
Once it was took.
I nipped into the Co-op to spend £20 and get £4 off.
Lots of leeks and parsnips were on the reduced stand. They will be going in the soup for the next few days!
I picked up the newspaper on the way home.
The coffee machine was put on.
Unpacked the shopping.
Unloaded and filled up the dish washer.
Now time for that coffee!
I put the soup maker on to make a new batch.
Sweet Potato, Chicken, Tomatoes, and Mushrooms went in....
Now to try and get 2 blog posts wrote before lunch....
No chance...
Just about got one wrote!
Now for a light lunch.
The rain started just half an hour before I was due to leave.
On goes those sexy lumo trousers.
Now for round 2.
On goes two hats, waterproof gloves and boots!
Turns on my lights.
Then I go and join my two friends for a good rabbit about things!
Then it was time to say goodbye to them.
Round 2 time.
Then the rain started!
Good job I had the sexy lumo trousers on!
BOING, BOING and a bit more BOING.
The limbo drivers were out in force!
The cars were going too fast in the wet.
At least I survived to live to tell the tale!
I took off my sexy lumo trousers when I got back to Sexy Beast.
Now hometime.
I got talking to my neighbour's son for an hour in the rain.
When I got in, I had to finish yesterday's blog post.
Hubby came back and a sloppy wet one 😘.
He put in the German Hot Dog Sausages in the pan of boiling water.
I am having a Chicken Stir Fry instead.

Much needed warm hug with brew!
Breakfast.

Said hello to everyone in the newspaper shop.
My dad's drive is now down to 2 cars now \o/
It still feels cold...
Much needed cup of coffee needed!
Hubby loaded up all the metal we had got into his car, from taking apart son's old metal bed.
Plus a old lamp base and next door old portable heaters went in hubby's car.
Hubby and younger son went off to get it all weighed in.
Meanwhile the other son was still bagging crap up from his bedroom.
While tiding up the kitchen, it came on the radio that Prince Philip has passed away.
I wasn't in the mood for somber music.
My uplift playlist was up on.....
Of all the metal we weighed in.
We made £5.80!
(40 kilos)
Lunchtime.
As it's National Unicorn Day,
Out came the cup!
I started to write yesterday's blog post.
The bags were building up from my son's room.
My younger brother dropped through the letterbox I needed to sign another form yet again.
The same form I signed last month, and got a witness to sign it.
One of the brother's witnesses signed the form wrong....
    GREAT!
It's took over a month to sort this mess out again. FFS.How difficult is it for someone to sign their bloody name in the right place!!!!!
The buyer isn't hurrying his end to sign his documents to send to his solicitors either!
Tea at 3.
Hubby loaded up his car full of the black bags and head down to the tip with younger son.
I meanwhile started on the tea.
They had to wait 20 minutes and they were in.
Tea was ready when they came back.
Mince with mushrooms, onions with Lingine.
No telly on at all.
We listened to Greatest Hits radio instead.
