Keep On Moving It!

I can live for two months on a good compliment - Mark Twain
Bank Holiday Monday.
Welcome along to my Bank Holiday Monday.
We were up early as we had lots of do in the garden!
Thermal vest goes on.
The delivery arrived early...
Now to carry on with my Breakfast and Brew.
While hubby went to the Household Tip.
I took to emptying the big bag of chippings.
Hubby made another trip to the Household tip.
I transported the chippings on the trolley jack.
The skip is arriving tomorrow, one broken up shed can go in it, while we empty the other one.
Coffee break
Alexa was playing up to listen to "Popmaster"
Out comes the trusty radio that belonged to my late Father-in-law.
Back out to lay the chippings in the garden up to liquid lunch.
Those dark clouds are going over.
Oh dear the rain comes down.
Sexy lumo trousers time!
Then the sun comes out!
Few more hours of emptying the bag, so we can move it off the drive.
Now to get changed!
Off our for tea!

That was so nice :)
Back home.
I then published 3 weeks of blog posts.
Just to need to catch up with the last 7 days!
Quick look into today's newspaper:

Getting My Fingers Green Again!

I hope all my blood tests come back as negative as my mother is - Kate Mason.
Welcome to my Sunday 💓
We had a bit of lie in either side of breakfast.
Brew with Breakfast.
We went back to sleep.
Then we had coffee in bed ;)
Got up, put on the short sleeved Thermal vest.
Going to spend tidying up the garden.
Washing machine went on,
As well as the dishwasher.
Got up the leaves, moved all my gnomes around.
The sun came out and got nice and sweaty!
After two hours, it was time for a liquid lunch.
Back out to finish off tidying the garden.
Tea at 3.
I put all the Gnomes back....
More gardening next weekend to be done.
Now to get things done for tea.
Cottage pie made and put in the oven.
Younger son and his friend had the veggie option.
While we were waiting for tea to cook.
We did the Heardles:

Never Have Enough!

The worst words in the English language are, "We have to talk."
Either that or, "Whose bra is this?" - Jerry Seinfeld
Welcome to my amazing Thursday 😍
We were up early to do the Heardles.
Heardle 60s:
My answers:
Now for Breakfast and Brew.
Then on goes the thermal vest.
UPS dropped off my nice order...
Going to smell nice wearing this 😊
Now out to pick up my water filter I had delivered at a drop point.
Tried to park in Dunelm.
No chance!
Rammed solid.
Parked where my parcel was delivered.
The Sales Assistant came over to admire my coat.
I did tell it the buttons weren't included.
"Didn't it show it in the pictures of the coat before you bought it?" She said.
"I didn't really notice no buttons, to be honest," I replied.
Then she said,"You could make a belt to go with it!"
I said "Thank you for that great idea, I will!"
Put my parcel in the boot and carried onto Dunelm. Everyone was circling around the car park for a space.
Got two of them, but I call them veggie racks!
We had a quick coffee while we were there.
The fake faux pom poms were knocked down to £1 for large ones. All of them went in my basket!
This was my view from the coffee shop↓
I went to pay for my order.
The Sales Assistant commented on all my pom poms..
"I see you have bought them all!"
I replied, "I need them to make things with!".
She collected my on-line order and found I had bought some more Pom Poms!
Walked back to Sexy Beast.
Back home we went.
Time for a light lunch...
Hubby is bringing some things back tomorrow from his late dad's house in a hired van.
So we spent all afternoon sorting out the house when the things are going......
Phew!
Then I got on with the tea....
Tea is served!
Yum.
Quick look into the newspaper.
US No.1 on this day in 1973:

Then we watched Top of the Pops from 1986
