We had a bit of lie in this morning \o/

Breakfast and Brew.

We are carrying on with tidying up the outside of the house today.

The step, hubby painted yesterday, looks nice.

Now to put the stuff back on it...

While I did some weeding out in the front garden.

Hubby cut the lawn.

However he cut through a wire to one of garden lights.....

He will have to replace them....

Garden is going to be a dark in some places...

Afterwards, filled all the bird feeders.

Now to cut back the Butterfly plant.

We are going to move 2 garden composters.

In need of coffee first.

After moving some compost.

Time for light lunch.

Then we went out to get a few more food...

Anyone want a Barbie?

We did our shopping.

Back home to unpack the one bag of shopping we bought.

Now to carry on moving the compost ....back into the newly moved compost bins.

Hubby went for a bath.

I got on with making the tea. 

At least the back garden looks tidy.

The shared pathway has been swept.

Tea is ready.

Now to watch the follow-up film from last night.

Sleep tea time.

At least some of the lights are still working....

Lots to do today....

Breakfast and Brew.

Dressed.

Feeling low and upset.

Has a coffee in the garden.

Then it's out to visit parents.

Off to do some food shopping.

New Henry?

Off to Waitrose↓

Goes home to unpack the shopping.

Light lunch.

Now to put cover the floor with the spare room.

Puts old clothes on.

Now to paint the room, top to bottom.

Nearly finished and hubby ends up with a bit of paint in his eye....

Finally finished painting the room at 8am.

Moves the stuff back in.

Just got to move all my sewing machines, and all my craft crap in here now!

Waiting for younger son to say sorry to my hubby for what he said yesterday to him....

We have a nice tea.

Then Wham

and Sing

Catches up with the news.

Sleep Tea Time.

Back on the Wobbly Work Wheel tomorrow 🎡

 

Watch Out For That Falling Shed!

Sunrise time!

Breakfast and Brew.

The thermal vest still goes on.

I am going to get a tyre replaced.

I gives hubby a sloppy wet one 💋

Hubby empties the shed while I have gone out.

Comes back later on.

The sun is up in the sky.

Time to take down the big shed.

Lots of things to sort through↓

The skip has already got the remains of the little shed in it.

Coffee break time.

Back to breaking up the shed.

We put most of the shed in the skip.

I put the end of the shed under the branch of the plum tree, it's a good thing I made a mad dash out of the way, as it crashing down, just a few inches from where I escaped too! 

The last remaining bits of shed was dragged off to the skip.

Now to scatter the chippings....

The big bag of chippings and three small bags of white stones were used up!

The things that couldn't be saved were left on the lawn, ready to go down the tip.

The rest of the good stuff was put undercover,as rain is due tomorrow.

Now to get the tea on the go.

Yum!

Now to look into today's newspaper.

The lights are coming on in the garden!
