I Feel Pretty.....

There are three ways to get something done: do it yourself, hire someone, or forbid your kids to do it - Mona Crane

Nope I need a lie-in!

Hubby sorts out his paperwork.
I try to update my blog posts.
Up to lunch I do.
Liquid Lunch time!
More blogging to do until
Tea at 3.
Inbetween finishing off writing more blog posts and doing the tea.
Tea is ready...\o/
Yum!

All powered by the Sun.
Sleep Tea Time.
We then went to put away the washing that had dried on the line earlier.
The oldest son comes back  effing at me.
Totally ungrateful he is becoming.
Buys him a bike last year for his 18th Birthday,
Didn't want it after he had a go on it.
I sold it after it was starting to rust in the back garden.
He might find himself sleeping in the front garden in the near future!
I was so angry I couldn't sleep.
I sleeps on the sofa!
I ended up getting four hours sleep!
I hope Bank Holiday Monday is alot better!

We Need To Talk!!!

Men are like car alarms - they both make a lot of noise no one listens to - Diane Jordan
Welcome to my Thursday 😳πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯
Nice hug to start the day with.
Brew with breakfast.
Dressed.
I had to fix some garden netting to the garden gate.
Hubby went out to get stuff to sort out his cough, and having no voice.
While he was out, he picked up the newspaper and next door's magazine.
Much needed coffee after that!
The Postman came and instead of closing the gate, he closed it and took it off his hinges!
I had to put the gate back properly after he left.
Hubby came back and took the magazine around to the next door neighbour.
The thanks he got for this was:
"You better go on a diet, your wife had better use smaller plates!"
Cheek!
Then hubby had a message from his brother:
"We need to talk!!!"
I thought that was first..
Then it all kicked off!!
The squeaky girl's voice sounded angry,
"What the hell is she playing at???"
"We are still grieving here..."
(So we ain't then!)
All he kept on about was my blogpost from Tuesday....
Just about the receipt for the shoes and not the stuff they had took out of the house!
Where is their dad's tablet and phone???
I want to know
I could have just pressed off button on the phone for that squeaking....
I went upstairs and phoned a friend.
After I spoke to my friend and hubby got off the phone.
We both needed a drink!
I looked at the shopping list of my late Father-in-law, I brought back from Tuesday.
Buying lots of Tassimo pods from Tesco for the Tassimo machine, that wasn't his!
When we go up next time, I will put the empty tassimo coffee machine box into the recycle bin.
I wrote yesterday's blog post.
Then I took the blog down until my Father-in-law's funeral.
Then the gloves will be off and the blog will be back....πŸ‘…
It looks like they were snouting through my hubby's FB and discovered the blog!
 Time for hissy girly fit!
Now they all have been restricted for causing this, can only see Public Posts...
I blocked them over 11 years....on FB.
Time for the tea....
Now to look in today's newspaper.
UK No.1 on this day in 1973:

 Unwind with a Sleep Tea.
Plenty of things to do tomorrow.
Like sorting through the finances of my late Father-in law to see where all his money went!

Just Don't Need This!

No good deed ever goes unpublished - Clare Boothe Lace
Welcome to my Friday 🎈
I had to go downstairs at 4am as it was too hot in our bedroom.
I was back upstairs later to enjoy hugs and brew.
Breakfast.
Dressed.
I gave hubby a sloppy wet πŸ’‹ before he went to work.
I was dropping off son at work early.
While I was waiting, I dug out the much needed Webbs free coffee vouchers!
Once son was ready,
We left the house.
Drops son off.
Now onwards to Webbs.
Someone else parked by the B3 sign.
There is always next time!
Toast, coffee and chat time!
I found a long handled dustpan and brush on the sale stand.
(Looks a lot like my old Dunelm one)
Said goodbye to my friend and back home I went.
I put two loads of washing on the line to dry.
Late lunch.
Then to get two magic bags of food from Morrisons.
Loads of veg for this week to eat!
As soon as I get home to unpack the bags.
Son needed picking up from Sainsburys.
Out I go again....
First a car coming towards me and to swirve back onto his side of the road. Next a pink smart car was sat on my arse on the way to Sainsburys!
Picked up son from Sainsburys, then I had more fun going back home.
A BMW was in the wrong lane and pulled in front of me, then he decided to slow down on the dual carriageway.I overtook him, tried to get back into the inside lane and no car would let me!
I carried onto the next junction, when a red Audi overtakes me on the slip road and then pulls in front me when we get on to the dual carriageway. Once I get off onto the next slip road a car appeared sat on my arse until he turns right at the roundabout, I turn left.
I was so glad to get back home!!!!
Time for tea!
Hubby dropped son off at football.
Then he carried onto Bromsgrove with the younger son to do this week's food shopping.
I tidied up the house and watered the plants.
He picked up son from football.
Then we went out to get some more food.
One was from a M&S Petrol Station and the other was from Waitrose.
On the way out, someone left their glasses on the bench...
Back home to unpack the goodies...
We put it all away.
Quick look at today's newspaper.
We watched the news and turned the internet off.
Younger son didn't take kindly to that and started to threaten me!
His laptop and mobile was took off him.
I had a few stern words for him.
The internet is going to be rationed starting Monday, let's hope the threats stop soon.
Now to enjoy what's left of the Friday Feeling🎈

Too Bloody Short!

It is our responsibilities, not ourselves, that we should take seriously -   Peter Ustinov
Welcome to the Friday Feeling 🎈
Has brew with hug.
Breakfast.
Hubby fetches my newspaper from the shop.
I give him a sloppy wet one πŸ’‹ before he goes to work.
One son has a sloppy one before he leaves for school too.
I tidy up the Living room.
Make sure all the houseplants are still alive.
The remaining ones that gets watered.
One plant had to be given the last rites before it want in to the composter.
At least there is room for some Christmas things that can be finally seen!
I found my Christmas House which lights up.
Now for a much needed coffee!

I caught up with yesterday's blog.
Lunchtime...
With a dash of Hell's Kitchen season 9.
My curtain pole arrived.
The man delivering it, wasn't a happy bunny...
(Had a job finding me probably....)
The sooner I put up those red  frilly lacey knickers on the street lamp outside, the better.
One son put the pole up.
Forgot to add the curtain rings to it...
The other son then took it down, added the curtain rings, added the curtain I made to it.
Oh dear, the curtain is too small for the window...
2 inches each side......
That put me a bad mood....
Tea at 3 time...
I was going to fit some lining to more curtains,
But I didn't feel like it!
I put the tea in the oven ready for later...
Hubby comes home and has a nice sloppy wet one!
Dished up the fish tea...
Back to season 9....
The winner was:
Paul.
Now onto Season 10.
I had my Sleep Tea↓
Hubby went to bed as he kept falling asleep.
I stopped up for one more episode.
Then I went straight to sleep when I went to bed......
