Hug Speaks A Thousand Words.

A life lived in chaos is an impossibility - Madeleine L'Engle
Welcome to my Thursday 🎁
Big hug to start Thursday with.
Brew with breakfast.
Thermal vest goes on.
Dressed.
Now to give hubby a sloppy wet πŸ’‹before I left.
On the way, a grey van pulled out of a junction in front of me on the way. It kept braking in front of me, I'm glad it turned right at the roundabout!
One winter hat, and one glove.
I turned on my lights.
Now back down to road to start...🍭
Just as I started, I had a mini stop in the Keep Clear space.
Twice I had to go behind it and stand in the middle of road to cross the kids over!
I had a few cars go under the stick and had to do a  few BOINGs on the car roofs (Pretending too)
I was given some lovely presents.
One car had perform a emergency stop on the otherside of the road.
One mum who I cross over, was bit quiet when I crossed her and her kids over. I asked her if she was alright, when I crossed her back.
She burst into a flood of tears.
"My dad died last night, and just trying to keep it together."
I gave her a big hug with one arm.
She felt a bit better after that.
I finished in one piece.
I collected a magic bag.
Filled car up with fuel.
Got the newspaper on the way back home.
Just as I drove onto my drive.
My lollipop boss phoned me.
She thanked me for my card and present.
I told her of all the fun I have been having for the past two weeks!
I wished her a good retirement!
Puts on the coffee machine.
Now for coffee!
What's behind the Advent Calender Door?
Early lunch.
Now out for round 2.
On goes on the winter hat and one glove.
I puts on my lights.
Now for a rabbit with my friends.
I said goodbye to my friends.
Now to start the afternoon shift.
One Blue Picasso put his toe down so he didn't have to stop, nearly tap and cracked his windscreen for his trouble!
I had another present.
Home time for me.
Time for a brew.
I put the tea in the oven.
Now to get yesterday's blog wrote.
Hubby came home for a sloppy wet πŸ’‹
Tea is served.
Salmon Wellington with cheese sauce.
Quick look in today's newspaper.

 Off into work I go.

I go and see my dad after work.
His lady friend makes appearance
(To pick up her newspaper)
Then tells my dad not to bother getting her newspaper in the future.
My dad is suffering the after effects of having the flu jab.
I make sure my dad has something to eat.
Then its a mad dash to pick up my son's school shoes I ordered last week.
The looks I had of people as I was wearing my Santa Hat....
(It is the Xmas period, that's my excuse!)
Gets back home at last!
The brand new size 12 (adult) shoes for my oldest son.
Off to do my Job 2
My boss liked my hat I did...
 Anyone fancy cake?
It seems there is a ghost in the factory,
I might have to be careful when I clean in there tomorrow...
(Holy water at the ready!)
Comes back for light tea.
I went off to Job 3.
The sounds of Christmas songs when I got back. After the moaning at me last night, getting Alexa playing them, my kids were doing the exact same, listening to Christmas Songs!!!!
Once they went to bed,
The Rock and Roll songs were put on.....
