We were up early to do the Heardles

Heardle 60s

My answers:

Breakfast with Brew.

On goes the thermal vest.

Several layers as well.

Now to leave the house.

I gave hubby a sloppy wet one 💋 before I left.

A bird comes visiting.

On goes the Winter coat, 2 hats and winter gloves.

Gets the newspaper.

Swaps newspaper for my big stick.

Now to turn on my lights.

Lights turned on.

Cars still braking hard,

Few cars on the otherside wasn't stopping either.

BOING, and BOING my big stick went!

The sun was coming up.

I was glad to finish in one piece!

Now off to Dunelm to get a new table lamp,

(As the old one has started buzzing)

Got the lamp base.

I'm in a need of a coffee.

Billy No mates.....

Yum!

Pays for my lamp base, now off home I go.

Coffee machine goes on.

Now to put the old lampshade on the new lamp stand...

Looking good!

The soup maker goes on.....

Now for some liquid lunch...

Now to leave to do the afternoon shift.

There was no room in the normal car park where I park.Parked around the corner.

On goes the big big sunglasses.

Winter coat, one hat and gloves.

Turns on my lights.

Now to have a little rabbit.

That low lying sun is going to be a bit of a problem.

Time to say goodbye to my friends and to start my shift.

Oh dear here we go again.

Some of the drivers just ignoring my raised stick and going straight under it.

Limbo Dancing is back.

There was a old man in a blue car on the opposite side of the road, had his window down, and looking at me.

He said to me, "I used to be a lollypop man in Ireland...."

"Really?" I replied.

"Bloody Irish," he said and drove off!

I was quite glad of finishing as not many cars on my side were stopping!

Home time.

The moon was out already when I got back.

Now for a cup of brew!

I got the tea ready.
Hubby came home and had a sloppy wet one 💋

Tea is served up.

Yum!

Now to do todays Heardles:

My son's answers were:

Breakfast and Brew time.

Dressed.

Now to water the plants in the garden.

Coffee machine gets put on.

Washing machine goes on as well.

Now to have a little play with Kenny!

Once the cake was made, in the oven it went.

Packed the overnight bag ready for tonight.

Once the cake was done and cooled down.

Time to decorate it!

Ex-plum came to take out our younger son for a meal, which was delayed due to Ex-Plum catching Covid.

We had our lunch.

with some of the cake I made earlier.

Off for a nice overnight stay....

Now to book in.

The Receptionist was so nice :)

Now upto the room we go.

Time to look around outside!

The curtains wouldn't shut the whole way...

Now to test out the bed....
