Trying To Lift The Turkey!

Taking advice about marriage from Elizabeth Taylor is like taking sailing lessons from the captain of the Titanic - Joan Rivers
The Hunt for Red October has arrived, 4 days early, so no Xmas Hump for hubby!
I woke up too early for a Saturday and feeling yakky didn't help!
Nice cup of hot lemsip to make that yakky feeling go away!
Then back to bed with the earplugs!
Later on, I got up and pulled back the curtains..
The sun was back \o/
I enjoyed a tea and hug in bed..↓
I wrote out some Xmas cards..
Now to go out in for a little ride...
I drop off one son to his boxing lesson.
Then it is off to hand deliver some Xmas cards....
Car trip to Studley.
Sent some cards off via Royal Mail.
Bumped into loads of old friends and old customers that I haven't seen in ages.
We visited the only Charity Shop.
Got some lovely things, including a handbag for £5.50, that is £55 to buy in Debenhams!
Nice tree in the Co-op car park↑
I go and see Joe and his sister.
I gave them their Christmas cards..
I enjoy coffee and a mince pie.
I wrapped up my friend's Xmas present↓
 Nice smell of Winter↓
 Goes back out.
Drops off another Xmas card
&
the present I wrapped  up.
Then to get the Xmas food!
We get a big turkey for £15
(So heavy, everyone had trouble lifting it out of the trolley)
(That should last a few days)
Then off to Morrisons for some bits that we couldn't get in Aldi's.
We now won't have to go into a Supermarket at all now for nearly a week!
(I hope)
We gets back home to unload Sexy Beast ..
The Cottage Pie and garlic bread gets put into the oven..
Time to catch up on the telly from last week..
Plus 2 weeks of Graham Norton...
Graham is joined by Dame Judi Dench, Jennifer Hudson, Hugh Grant, Matthew McConaughey and Michael Buble. Plus Coldplay, with an exclusive performance from their new album Everyday Life.
Daisy Ridley talks about Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, Henry Cavill discusses The Witcher, and Ruth Jones and Rob Brydon on the Gavin and Stacey Christmas special.
