Bargain Hunt Time!

Hates it ... My son hates my singing voice ...- Ann Hathaway
 Mother's Day.
Welcome to my Mothering Sunday 🎕
I had a lovely brew with breakfast.
Thermal vest went on.
I had a lovely present from one son.
My other son got me a ticket for Craft Event for last Sunday at the NEC.
(I couldn't go because of I had Covid)
I hope my mum likes her balloon.
Now we are off to look around a car boot!
In need of a coffee....
Lots of stalls to walk around.
Pots for the garden, 50p each.
Free F1 Books.
And↓
We walked around twice.
Talked to one woman I know from my Lollypop job.She asked where I had been?
"Covid."
"There is a lot going round,"She said.
Back to the car, moving onto the Recycle Place in Stratford.
I got a nice bit of LLoyd Loom for £5.
On the way home, we got stuck in 5 way lights!
One of the queues when we went past was nearly a mile long.
Goes to the Co-op to get reduced veg for the soup this week.
Nice drink & nibble when we got out!
Gets back home to unload the car.
I start chopping the veg for the Soup Maker.
Puts the shopping away, and all the things we got from the car boot.
Soup time!
Afterwards, it was time to sort out Sexy Beast.
Checked the tyres.
Put a little bit of fuel in.
Then back home.
Took all the washing off the line.
Sorted it all out.
I left hubby to sort out the tea for tonight.
I had a blog post from yesterday to write.
Once it was done,
Tea was ready.
Roast Pork Tea.
Yum.
Quick look in the newspaper afterwards.

It Keeps Coming Off!

As the cow said to the farmer, "Thank you for a warm hand on a cold morning." - John F. Kennedy
Welcome to my Saturday...👅
Nice big hug and hot brew.
Breakfast.
Hubby and son went off to do the food shopping before it got busy.
I went outside for some vitamin D.
I got on writing yesterday's blog post.
As soon as hubby and son got back,
I had finished my blog post in record time.
Now back out with trolley..
Went past the place where the new Lidl is going to be...
Now down to Alcester to pick up my parcels.
No visit into Waitrose today,
As got to pay for Sexy Beast's car bill on Monday.
Collects my parcels,
Loaded them into the car.
Now on the hunt for some takeaway coffee.
We get the coffee and back to the car.
Back home.
Unpacks the parcels↓
However one of the glass balls broke.
Put some Gorilla glue on it.
It however would stick back onto the rest of glass balls...
Oh well, how sad, nevermind.
The dog that isn't sat on the pillow,
Someone or something doesn't like it on my white tree.
Twice it has came off.
First time, resulting in 3 paws coming off.
Second time, string broke !
Spooky 👻
The rest got put  up in the Living Room.
In the hallway, we had things coming down,
&
Not staying put!!!!
Lunchtime.
Now for 2 episodes of Top of the Pops from 1990

Next episode↓

I then go on to make tonight's tea.
Once it is the oven.
We catch up on the rest of the 3 Hoarding episodes that we found doing a search of the listings.
We watched last week's episode of
