I had a bit of a nibble...

To celebrate having Job 3 back.

Alexa starts playing some nice 1970s music...

My dad and my next door neighbour are both in the same ward in the same hospital.

(Fingers crossed my dad is coming out today)

I made my next door neighbour a Get Well Soon Card.

  My dad was discharged out of hospital \o/

Did some chop chop for tonight's tea.

 

Visiting my mum tomorrow with a early Mother's Day present...💗💗

Now to put my warm hands to some use...

 

The Only Pleasure I Have....Gone!

No such thing as a lie-in for me.

However I started off with a healthy nibble.

Followed by:

 

While I was carrying on with my crochet,

Hubby went shopping.

He bought back a lovely chocolate orange flavoured coffee...

I enjoyed two sips of it,

When one of sons kicked the stool where the coffee was:

Oh dear, none left!

Great!

Let's hope I don't have any more accidents this week!

Then off to get some free school uniform....

I washed mine,
and let it dry....

 As back on my spot on Wednesday...
The name tags arrived.
Be ironing them into my son's High School uniform tomorrow....

Made the most of hubby's day off...

First its mocha time...

I found my glitter ball for my Living Room...

Bought a new CD to sing along with...

It slotted well in with the 70's CD's..

More Mocha..

Paid £2 for a duck....

(To take part in the Duck Race)

Now to watch it fall from the bridge...

and 

try to finish in the top 3...

My duck finished at the back...

Woo Hoo!

On this day six years ago I met my future hubby.

However...

We were all feeling a bit sad first thing as

Our black hamster, Poppet passed away last night :'(

Now back down to 2 hamsters.

First day back at work and school for my kids

Lovely bright sunshine to start the day off...

Plus lots of nice sweaty walking...

Applied for another job.

Hopefully I will be driving a Land Rover by the weekend! 

All I need now,is a small lotto win....to cap my day off!
