I'm Not Backing Out!

Pissing in his shoe keeps no man warm for long
- Icelandic Proverb
Welcome to my Saturday Fun 🎈
It is the 8th anniversary of my mum passing away.
If it stops raining later, I might be able to drop in the balloons and lavender plants I bought last week.
Nice hug with a brew.
Breakfast.
Gets kids up.
Dressed.
Loaded up the new case into Sexy Beast's boot.
The rain is in for the day by the looks of it.
Drops off son at his place of work.
The other son and me goes and sees Joe and Tracy.
I try and sort out Tracy's sewing machine out.
I get out my sewing machine.
The coffee is flowing.
I bought a nice wall hanging and some coloured candles.
My youngest son bought a lucky bag.
Packed up sewing machine.
Thanked Joe and Tracy.
Back home to hang up the nice wall hanging.
My son had some nice things in his lucky bag.
My other part of my Aldi order had been delivered.\o/
I got out my felt book to see how much felt I needed for the felt wreath I made.
I used up more than 11 sheets of felt for mine!
It was still raining when we left do some more food shopping.
We picked up son from his work place.
We were trying to get out of the car park,
One car driver was coming in.
We couldn't back up as a car was behind us, and two other cars were waiting to get out as well.
She got out of her car and said to us:
"I'm not reversing on to the main road!".
I rolled my eyes.
We couldn't reverse, and we just sat there.
She reversed a bit and then we could get out of the car park and go.
She had a silver van behind her trying to get into the car park as well.
We dropped one son off at home.
First stop was Morrison's. Our son had to finish off neighbour's food shopping from Friday.
Nice drive out to Stratford's Waitrose.
Got the free Waitrose magazine and newspaper.
Got some bits for my son's cooking lesson for Monday.
Moving onto Stratford's Lidl.
Got more bits in there..
(Stocked up the garlic in the jar!)
Now for a nice drive back home in the rain.
Unloads the shopping.
I starts sorting out the dirty washing when my phone goes...
I won the £100 gift voucher to spend in Joe's shop.
*The nice wall hanging I bought was the item needed to buy to win the £100 gift voucher!*
I put the mixed colour pasta in the saucepan.
I fried up some mushrooms, spinach, and garlic.
Washing machine had been put on 3 times.
The tumble drier has now been up on.
Need to catch up with the Blog.
Thursday and Friday's blog posts are starting to get wrote.
Now to catch up with some things....
First was Ocean's 12
