Boosters were being giving out in the hall.

I parked around the corner.

Swaps my Santa hat for 2 winter hats with a pair of gloves. I was umming about whether to put on my boots, as the rain was forecasted to come in at 10am.

I didn't bother with the boots.

I put on my lights.

Now let's go to work....

Half way through my shift, the rain came to visit!

A blue 20 plate Skoda went past me,

Was it the same one that mounted the kerb and drove around me a few months ago????

Still some parents are choosing to cross over the road further up from me instead of crossing with me. Once they drop the child at school, they cross with me!

It was still raining when I finished.

I changed coats and walked down the road to the Post Office.

There were two on the tills in the Post Office.

While I was waiting with steamed up glasses, the middle cashier said to the customer she was serving:

"I lost my dad four weeks ago and still suffering."

The customer said,"Sorry to hear about it."

Then it was my turn to be served.

She asked "If I had heard anything from the Death Row Prisoners I had wrote to?"

"Not yet, fingers crossed,"I replied.

Now back to the car in the rain.

I picked up the newspaper on the way home.

I put on the coffee machine.

Got changed.

Now to use and abuse the Abs machine.

I did about 55 ab crunches.

I had a good workout for 20 minutes.

Now out comes the Spinning Bike.

I did another 15 minutes workout.

Bike went back in the Dining room.

Coffee time.

I carried on watching two episodes of 

I am a Killer on Netflix.

That lowing sun is going to make it interesting later. Walked up to put on my lights.

My friend appeared with his dog, and we walked back down, where my other friend was.

Time for a good rabbit!

I said goodbye to my friends.

Now to see how it goes this afternoon.

Oh dear, I had my stick straight out in front of me, when a skoda did the limbo Dance under my stick, my stick even touched his roof rack as he went under!

Next time he might he may not be so lucky!

Once I got back to Sexy Beast.

I couldn't get into the driver's side.

I thought about climbing over the passenger seat. With the gear stick and my lollystick in the way, 

Bad idea!

I dropped the hand brake and rolled the car forward. 

So much, I could actually open my driver's door!

Then off home I went!

I covered up Sexy Beast as the temperatures were going down during the night.

Hubby wasn't going to snooker tonight, as there was a bad fire in Kidderminster and lots of roads were closed, and he wouldn't make the snooker after visiting his dad.

Time for a brew!

I wrote yesterday's blog post.

Then started on the the Meat Free Stir Fry.

Hubby came back and had a sloppy wet one 😘

I asked him to put the new duvet into the duvet cover after tea.

He sighed after I told him!

"Anymore of that, and I will find some more chores for you to do!" I said

Tea is ready.

While I was loading up the dishwasher.

He huffed and puffed putting the new duvet into the duvet cover.....

Moaning afterwards, that the duvet struggled to fit into the duvet cover.

Mike Smith was an English singer, songwriter and music producer.

In the 1960s, Smith was the lead vocalist and keyboard player for the Dave Clark Five. The band was a leading unit in the British Invasion of the United States, and were the Beatles' main British rivals before the emergence of the Rolling Stones. 

He would have been 78 years old 🎈

He died aged 64 in 2008. 

Fritz Fryer was the  lead guitarist of the Four Pennies, (born David  Fryer in  Oldham, Lancashire)  He was a grandson of the noted pianist and teacher Herbert Fryer.

He would have been 77 years old 🎈

He sadly  died on 2 September 2007, in Lisbon, Portugal, from pancreatic cancer.

Roy  Orbison  was an American singer, songwriter, and musician known for his impassioned singing style, complex song structures, and dark, emotional ballads. His music was described by critics as operatic, earning him the nicknames "the Caruso of Rock" and "the Big O." Many of Orbison's songs conveyed vulnerability at a time when most male rock-and-roll performers chose to project defiant masculinity. He performed while standing motionless and wearing black clothes to match his dyed black hair and dark sunglasses, which he wore to counter his shyness and stage fright.

He sadly died on this day in 1988 aged 52

There was a lot of traffic for a Friday.

One BMW was going to stop for me, then at the last minute, she put her foot down and carried on!

Whatever!

I finished in one piece.

I got home to get ready to get to the other job.

But must not forget to have coffee!

Takes my Henry Hoover with a shorter hose.

Opens up and gets to work.

When I finished, I had a much needed coffee in the garden with the dog.

 Loaded up Sexy Beast with my Henry.

Filled up with fuel on the way home.

I had a lovely salad for lunch.

Then back out for the final shift of lollipop 🍭

Summer coat went back on.

Nice to sit on the bench to get some Vitamin D.

I starts. There is a lot of traffic, and some don't want to stop either though they are not going anywhere!

Once finished, 

I gets home.

 A belated tea at 3.

Not to warm but just right temperature.

Puts on oven for the tea.

Now to have some big tunes for on the way to work...↓

The man in the car, had parked over a bit more.

I loaded up my MULE and off to start work.

At least the sun is shining outside↓

My supervisor wasn't in neither the other couple to clean.

I borrowed my Supervisor's vacuum and did my bit of hoovering.

Finished on time and back home I go.

The moon is already out!

Tea time.

One of the councillors for my area had come round to see me earlier and gave my hubby a leaflet of the person trying to be a councillor.

(The job I went for and failed!)
