Soggy Glove Time Again!

But enough about me, let's talk about you. What do you think of me? - Bette Midler
Welcome to my Tuesday ☂
Nice big hug to start the day with!
Brew with breakfast.
Thermal vest goes on.
The weather forecast doesn't look good either for this morning.
On goes those sexy lumo trousers!
Uncovers Sexy Beast.
Just as I gave hubby a sloppy wet one,
Then it started to rain!
The Hall car park wasn't open,
So I parked around the corner.
On goes the boots, two winter hats, and waterproof gloves.
It was raining a bit more heavily...
I turned on my lights.
Now to have some fun..🍭
Lots of rain, and wind.
I had a few drivers doing the Limbo dance under my stick!
One car driver had to brake hard on the otherside!
I was glad to finish in one piece!
I got back to Sexy Beast.
Both winter hats were wet, gloves were soggy, and the top of my socks were damp!
I picked up the newspaper on the way home.
Coffee machine went on.
Now to tidy up the Living Room after last night!
My hat and gloves were put on the radiator to dry out later on.
Living room all tidied up, all the Valentine's stuff was put away now until next year.
I had another letter from a Prison Pen Pal in the USA.
Three letters I will be writing in the next few days.
Much needed coffee is needed!
Now to finish off the bit of soup.
Chicken and Mushroom soup.
Now for Round 2.
I got a spare winter hat, and the lightweight gloves.
On to put on my lights.
The wind was getting up....
A group of teenagers went past me, while I was waiting for my friends to arrive.
One said:
"Can I have a lick of your lollipop stick?"
"The taste is disgusting,"I replied.
I had a rabbit with my two friends.
I said goodbye to my friends.
The low lying sun came out.
It was just that the wind was getting up!
My lollipop stick was trying to dance all by itself.
One car done the Limbo dance under my stick.
I was glad to be finished in one piece!
Hometime.
Now to write 2 blog posts.
I finished one.
Then to put the tea on.
Gave hubby a sloppy wet one when he came home.
Tea is served.

Then I carried writing yesterday's blog post.

Warm hug with Brew.
Breakfast.
Thermal vest goes on.....
Dressed.
Gives hubby a sloppy wet 💋 before I leave.
I had to park elsewhere as the hall was closed.
It was quite warm, so no need for gloves!
Turns on my lights.
Now let's get ready to roll...🍭
Cars and vans failing to stop!
Some have to do emergancy stops!
Some parents are still chancing it by crossing into moving traffic instead of using me!
At least I survived in one piece!
Nips into Co-op to get some bits....
Saves £6.05 on my shopping bill :)
Next onto Screwfix.
Henry the Hoover!
While in the queue, I here a great song playing, So I start singing along, the man looks around at me....
He must want to join in I thought!
I collects my order.
The £5 off my order helped!
Next to pick up my newspaper and my neighbour's magazine.
While I was waiting, a great song came on, and I started to sing-along...
The two men in front started to look around to see where the singing was coming from.
They looked at me, and I kept on singing along!
"Your happy!" I was told when I paid for my things.
"I am now after doing some singing!" I replied.
Just before I left, I joined in with Belinda Carlisle
Back home.

Right up to lunch, and I still hadn't published it!
Light lunch.
Now for part two....
I was singing along with a great song on the way to work.
Such a Big Tune, it was repeated four times it was good...
The song?
At the end of this blog post...
It was warm enough to wear gloves!
Turned on my lights.
Got chatting to my two friends.
Just before I was due to start, I notice a Argos and Amazon van parking on the double yellow lines over the road where I was due to start.
I said goodbye to my friends.
Afternoon shift.
Still having problems with car drivers not stopping.
At least I finished in one piece.
Home time.
Time for a much needed brew!
I finished and published yesterday's blog post.
Now to get on with tonight's tea.
Opened a cupboard door, my oval dish fell out and broke into 3 bits!
It didn't help cutting open my finger while picking up one piece of it, blood everywhere!
Once it stopped, put a plaster on it, now to carry on with the tea.
It was ready before Hubby came home.
When he did come back from work, he had to warm his up in the microwave!
Four plates were empty!
Quick look in today's newspaper.
Jack Palance  was an American actor. Known for playing tough guys and villains, he was nominated for three Academy Awards, all for Best Actor in a Supporting Role, receiving nominations for his roles in Sudden Fear (1952) and Shane (1953), and winning the Oscar almost 40 years later for his role in City Slickers (1991).
He died on this day in 2006 aged 87.
It's my late mum's 77th Birthday this Saturday.
I have ordered some balloons 🎈 for her birthday.
My good friend who passed away last May would have been 87 on Sunday.
I made him a Birthday Cake for his 78th Birthday.↓
I should a new CD arrive on Friday...↓
Plenty of singing along with this one!
We caught up with two episodes of Top of the Pops from 1991.
Oh dear, the fast forward button was used a lot.
Great number one in the second episode.
Vic Reeves and The Wonder Stuff.
Great cover version of the Tommy Roe number 1 hit from 1969↓↓↓
Out of all hits  Tommy Roe had.
