Woo Hoo Great Things Are Coming Up!

I dress for women - and I undress for men - Angie Dickinson
Welcome to my Thursday Fun 👍
Nice day for it ;)
Breakfast and Brew time.
I gave hubby a sloppy wet one 💋 before he went to work.
I had a little bit of lie-in....
Later on I got up, the thermal vest went on.
I was feeling a bit yuk!
Perhaps a coffee might help!
It didn't!
Perhaps a bit of fresh air might help.
Nipped into Morrisons.
Nice bit of singing might lift my spirits...
Still didn't feel in the mood to go to the Coffee Morning.
Dropped off my friend's kids's Easter Presents.
Back home I go.
One of the storage units was moved \o/
Be able to take some nice sunrise pics from my son's bedroom now :)
I had some liquid lunch.
Back to trying to update the Blog.
Up to Tea at Three.
More blogging up to putting on the tea.
Hubby came home and had a sloppy wet one.
Tea was ready.
(Forgot to take a pic!)
It was yum!
Now to look into today's newspaper.

I Should Stop Wearing My Invisibility Cloak!

If you play with anything long enough it will break - Murphy's Law
Welcome to my Hump of the Week 🐫
Nice warm hug to start Hump Day.
Brew with Breakfast.
Thermal vest goes on.
Dressed.
Gives hubby a lovely wet 😘 before I leave.
Double winter hats, and gloves go on.
Puts my lights on.
Now let's go to work ..🍭
Car drivers were stopping on my side of the road.
The otherside was different.
If they didn't have to stop, they won't!
One parent said, "I should stop wearing my Invisibility cloak!"
I laughed at that.
A least I finished in one piece!
On the way home, I collected the newspaper and my neighbour's magazine.
I put on the coffee machine.
Washing machine.
Time to do some rowing....
&
Spinning
Felt better after that!
Coffee time!
My boss is coming down tomorrow to see me.
She is retiring next month.
Better write in the card I bought for her and put it in the car for tomorrow.
I wrote some of yesterday's blog post up to lunch.
Now for round 2.
Time for those big big sunglasses to come out!
Still wearing the winter hat and gloves.
Puts on my lights..
I had a good rabbit with my two friends until I started for the afternoon shift.
Oh the fun I had.
One man in a Aqua on the side of his van, didn't like to stop and shot me evils when he went past.
Some on the otherside wasn't even stopping either!
Nevermind I finished in one piece!
Hometime.
On the way home, one large lorry failed to stop on the sliproad, and nearly took me out as I was going around the island, then at the last minute it turned left further up the road!
A cup of brew is called for!
I wrote the remaining bit of yesterday's blog post.
Then made the tea for tonight.
I gave hubby a sloppy wet 💋 when he came home.
Pork Chops, with stuffing on the top.
I looked in the today's newspaper.

I did some on-line shopping for Christmas presents.
This Sunday the Christmas Tree is going up 🎄
I'm glad the strong winds will have calmed down by Sunday, as our outside Christmas decs won't last very long on the trees!
Now off to a warm warm bed!
Night all

Enjoying The High Time!

Anyone could write a novel given six weeks, pen, paper, and no telephone or wife - Evelyn Waugh
 Welcome to my Saturday 🐀
This is the view from our bedroom window at 7am...
Lots of hugs and things in this comfy bed!
Then to look out of the window again for the lovely views!
On goes "The Sounds of the 60s"
Breakfast time.
Afterwards...
Shower for 2!
That's better!
Dressed.
Packs up the overnight bag.
One last look across Birmingham.
Now to go down 18 floors in the Lift.↓↓
Handed the keys in.
I did make a suggestion to leave some Method surface spray, to clean down the kitchen..
"Not allowed due to Health and Safety"I was told.
"Pity there wasn't a vaccum in the appartment, I could have hoovered the living room.....,"I said.
"We do that,"He replied.
On the way to the station,
Was a Pink bus...
Now through New Street to our platform.
(The previous train leaving)
Once our train arrives, on we go and looking at all the stations until we got to ours.
We decided to walk back.
We nipped into the Kingfisher Shopping Centre.
Bumped into my former work employee.Had a quick yak, and then off we went for the long walk home in the sunshine.
Once we did get home, got the kids up,
We had a light lunch.
Hubby and son went off for the final car journey load from the storage unit.
Empty....
I went back in the kitchen to see if the washing machine had finished...
Water all over the floor from the bottom of the washing machine!
We had been laying poison bait out for a rat that chewed in his way into our kitchen.
We tried the blue blocks, now it had started on the red blocks now.
However there was 2 red blocks that had remained untouched...
Had the rat chewed through the waste pipe to escape?
(A few years ago, we had another rat ate through the waste pipe in the kitchen , three times in a week!)
We mopped up the water.
Cleared all the stuff from under the sink.
Hubby felt about under the sink and came some thing hard.....
DEAD RAT!
In the bag and in the bin it went.
Bleached everything and tried to get through to the Emergency repairs at the Council.
No one picking up the phone!
Everything from the storage unit was in the loft.
Hubby went and done the shopping with son who was doing the neighbour's shopping as well.
I had a blog post
 from yesterday to write!
When they came back, we unloaded the car of the shopping.
Then back out to pick up some Magic Bags!
Now for some food for us!
Once I wrote and published yesterday's blog post.
Time to get into our own bed!
Night All x
