What is too silly to be spoken can be sung - Pierre de Beaumarchais
Welcome to my Hump of the Week π«
While I am stood in the queue, I start singing along with Crowded House's "Don't Dream it's over". Two customers at the tills turned around and smiled.
(Just pray it's not going to rain tomorrow!)
I put all the washing back out on the line.
Gets Kenny the Kenwood out...
Time to bake!
Washes up everything to reuse it again.
For the third time, uses Kenny to make cup cakes this time.
The first cake was ready to leave the oven.
The second cake soon followed.
In goes the cupcakes.
Liquid lunch time.
Then coloured them in ;)
Now to decorate both cakes.
With things from my garden..
Rolled out the pastry and added to the top of the dish.
In the oven it went.
Quick read of today's newspaper.
Hubby comes back from work.
Nice sloppy wet one π for him.
Tea is served up.
All the cakes are boxed up ready for tomorrow.
My friends are coming tomorrow, so they are having some cupcakes as well.
We sorted out some more things to go to the Charity Shop tomorrow.
Dining room is looking a bit empty!
We caught up with some news.
Sleep Tea time.
I played his self-entitled album from 1987 to death on my walkman.
My favourite single of the album is at the end of this blog post.
The forecast for tomorrow is going to be sunny and warm, time to dust off the Bikini! π
