One Down, One To Stay......

I like restraint, if it doesn't go too far - Mae West
I woke up far too early for a Sunday.
I unloaded and loaded up the dishwasher.
Tidied up the kitchen.
Now for the first brew of the day↓
 I had my breakfast.
Sleeping Beauty rose from the warm pit.
While he had his breakfast,
I went to enjoy that warm bed for a bit.
Felt better when I got up.
Hubby had sold one of sewing machines.
(I have another one, to use, don't worry!)
 Hubby mowed the lawn.
Looks better now.
Out for some fresh air....
A lot of bad driving about...
I popped in to see my mum and dad↓

I popped into my local Tesco Express
It was that windy, the white builder's bag was blowing down the road....it got as far as the white car↓
Back home to enjoy a late lunch↓
It was nice to sit outside in the sunshine!
I had to get Kenny out to make my son's Birthday cake for tomorrow.
Once the cake was in the oven,
I had two blog posts to write...
As we have finished watching Hill Street Blues...
We caught up on 3 weeks of Top of the Pops from 1989.
Oh dear, some songs were fast forwarded....
Except a certain breaking song...
Which I knew word for word as I had their album,"A bit of what you fancy," played it to death in the early 1990s...
 Tea was served↓
Jive Bunny was knocked off the top...of the charts :(
They will be number one for a week in December....↓
I had  more songs to my Play List.
I got over 620 songs on it.
The boxset I ordered is due to come Wednesday or Thursday....
The Salted Caramel cake had cooled down.
Finishing adding the chocolate tomorrow.
Back on the tiny Wobbly Work Wheel tomorrow 🎑
&
Another Birthday to Celebrate!🎈

More Tea Vicar?

Intimacy is being seen and known as the person you truly are
- Amy Bloom
Welcome to my Thursday🎈
No chance of a lie-in...
I enjoyed tea and hug in bed↓
 I gave hubby a sloppy πŸ’‹
He left the house of to work.
Now for me to leave the house!
I played one of the CDs I bought yesterday.
(It didn't help it only have one cd in it instead of 2!)
 Just had to sing along↓

 It's getting warmer↑
I gets to the Hospital in no time.
The barrier is up so I don't have to pay to get out of the car park :) :)
I had a little look in the newspaper↓

Peter Strauss is an American television and film actor, known for his roles in several television miniseries in the 1970s and 1980s. He is five-time Golden Globe Awards nominee. He is 73 years old 🎈
Ed Graham  is an English musician who is best known as the original drummer of the rock band The Darkness, as well as the subsequent successor band Stone Gods fronted by guitarist and singer Richie Edwards. He is 43 years old🎈

I goes to the blood department.
First in the queue↓
  Soon in and out...
Out under the barrier...
(Saved myself £2.50!)
More singing to do...
Back home↓
I got in contact with Vicar who is doing my dad's funeral.
(I gave him directions)
He arrived half an hour later.
He sat down on my sofa and looked about my Living Room..
"Haven't you got a lot of stuff!" He said.
I laughed and gave him his coffee.
I told  him we have met before twice.
I was at the Mother's Day Service at Tardebigge Church in 2014.
He was mentioning a Mother's poem,
I started to cry uncontrollably and got up and left the packed church.
(It was under 12 months since my mum passed away)
That was the talking of the school when I appeared at work, next day.
Some people doesn't  doesn't understand losing a parent can be upsetting.
The next time I saw the vicar he was doing my younger brother's wedding, in August 2014.
I told him I won't be at my dad's funeral,
(Because of my Arsehole brother)
I don't have enough Arsehole Spray
(They only come in packs of 4 not 6!)
He laughed at that one.
I told him all about my dad.
He left after an hour.
I forgot to tell him the funny story about me my dad.
Which I texted him later about the story about the Wobbly Step ladder↓
"Many year ago...
My parents invited us to a barbacue on a Sunny Summer Sunday.
The drinks flowed and the food was ate.
After 3 pints of beer, my dad decided to trim the hedge.
He balanced his fourth pint on top of the step ladder. He started to mount the step ladder with his hedge trimmer. He was in the course of trimming the hedge, the step ladder wobbed, and he nearly cut of his own head!
As I was the only sober one in the garden. I took him down to the local A&E to get his glued back together!"
He texted me back, saying "He was glad to meet me and the story was funny about my dad.
 I had a light lunch↓
Out in the rain.
First stop was Bromsgrove Morrisons to get some eggs↓
Next stop,
Homebase.
The river was getting high↗↗↗

I go round to see a good friend for a catchup with coffee.
She gave me a lovely card↓
I said goodbye, and thanked her for having us :)
Back home.
I got changed,
Off to The Happy Place of Work.
Some good music went on
I was singing along with a great song, even reaching some high notes....when I got walked on in mid high notes!
:) :)
Back home for a nice tea↓
Off to do final job of the day with some great music↓

 When I got back,
I caught up with some↓
Then off to a warm bed with hubby...;)

Remember Your Womble!

Misfortune: the kind of fortune that never misses - Ambrose Bierce
Welcome back to the Friday Feeling🎈
The lovely red t-shirt was worn..↓
I heard the sad news of the death of
 John Karlen :(
Who played the sexy Harvey in Cagney and Lacey.
I had the first hug and cup of tea of the day↓
I gave everyone their sloppy πŸ’‹πŸ’‹πŸ’‹
Out I go...↓
 Feeling a lot colder↓
Has a quick peek in the newspaper..↓
Ade Edmondson, British comedian, actor, musician and television presenter is 63 years old 🎈
Vic Reeves [James Roderick Moir], English comedian,is 61 years old🎈
Chris Penn, was an American actor. He died aged 40 in 2006.
I start my lollipop 🍭 job...
Some of the parents say the most wonderful word to me....
"Friday!"
One parent when he says..."Remember....?"
I replied,"Remember your Womble.!"
He laughed..
A lot less cars are stopping this morning \o/
Once I finished and was walking back to Sexy Beast.
Still with my lollipop coat on↓
I had a three year old boy just staring at me while I was walking.I waved at him, he waved back, he kept looking, while his dad picked him up and put him in the car!
Now back to doing what I do best.....
Sing-a-long↓
 I got to be B3↓
Webbs Experience Time↓
 Coffee, nibble and chat time↓
I said goodbye to my friend,
And off I go again...
I looked across the fields of fun for the last time this week↓
I had a really red face when I got finished.
I drove with the window open while singing along↓
It isn't reaching double figures today↓
My new album has arrived :)
 After I had my coffee.
I gave hubby a sloppy πŸ’‹
I started to listen to the new CD while on the way to my Lollipop job↓
"It's Friday!" I get from some of the parents.
Only a few cars didn't stop.
I saw my friend at the end of my shift.
He told me of his plans for the weekend, and I did vice versa.
Then off home with...
I get changed and off to the Happy Place Of Work.
While cleaning in the offices in the factory part. I tripped over an old  boating bollard that was keeping the interlocking door open.
I had a witness to it!
I joked "There might have been a large crater in his new office floor if I had landed there.
So big would the crater big, they could have seen it from the moon!"
Joking aside, I had to take off my trainer the pain was that bad in my right ankle.
I hobbled about and got my job done.
I hobbled home.
Chicken dinner was ready for me.
I put my foot up.
Took some painkillers to ease the pain.
I had to forgo doing my final job of the day as the pain was unbearable.
Off to bed to escape the pain!
