This Tart Is Not Just For Christmas!

Cynicism is an unpleasant way of saying the truth - Lilliah Hellman
 Welcome to my cold Thursday....😬
Brew with warm hug.
Breakfast.
Dressed.
Hubby went to scrape his car free of ice.
I gave him a sloppy wet 💋 before he left the house.
I got the kids up to do their on-line learning for school.
I wrote yesterday's blog post.
Put some music from my Jukebox on Twitter.
Now out for some fresh air...
Now to scrape Sexy Beast's windscreen.
It's freezing cold!
I gets the newspaper.
Comes back home.
All the curtains remain closed, as I have very draughty windows, and what with the heating being in, I don't need to lose the heat!
Coffee time.
Quick read of the newspaper.

Larry Grayson , born William Sulley White, was an English comedian and television presenter who was best known in the 1970s and early '80s. He is best remembered for hosting the BBC's popular series The Generation Game and for his high camp and English music hall humour.
His camp stand-up act consisted mainly of anecdotes about a cast of imaginary friends; the most frequently mentioned were Everard and Slack Alice. He is often cited as one of the first gay entertainers to have enjoyed mass appeal, although he never made any reference to his sexuality. He was devoted to his adopted home town of Nuneaton, where a museum display relating to his life and work and a memorial have been established.
He died on this day in 1995 aged 71.
Then to roll out the pastry to make a tart.
I blind baked the pastry in the oven.
Now Kenny came out for a quick play...
As soon as the pastry was ready in the oven, the cake tins went into the oven.
Filled the tart with mincemeat.
(My youngest son had wanted a mincemeat tart over Christmas, now I have the time,I can make one!)
The Carrot Cake Tray Bakes were ready.

I had soup for lunch.
I needed a chill session.
I bit the bullet and hired a film off Amazon video.
John Malkovich is the star of this film.
Patrick Stewart has hair in this film!!!
I caught up with my magazines.
My lollipop boss phoned me up to ask how things are going. We had a nice chat for half an hour. Felt better for it :)
Belated tea at 3.
Hubby came home and received a nice sloppy 💋.
I pan fried some salami, pepperoni, onions, spinach, and garlic.
Added them all on top of fried eggs on toast.
With some nice hot  flavoured beans.
As I was saying how good the Book Club was, hubby wanted to watch it.
So we did.
We both enjoyed it!
I have another Zoom interview tomorrow.
Got the tablet ready.
I will have to talk about myself for 5 minutes.
If I can do it for The Apprentice Interview in front of the producers for the show and a room of 50 back in 2012..
 This should be easy....
However, I'm sure the alarm will sound if I go on for longer!
Sleep Tea Time.
The Friday Feeling 🎈 is back tomorrow \o/
