Dancing On A Saturday Night!

If you are bored with your present enemies and want to make some new ones, tell two of your women friends that they look alike - Mignon McLaughlin.
Good Morning Saturday 💖
Up early to listen to "Sounds of the 60s"
I made the first brew...
The UK Top 3 from 1964.

The Honeycombes - Have I Got The Right?
One son got picked up for his job.
We waited for the postman until 10am.
Nothing.
Off to the Sorting office I go.
My dear friend was in the Caller's Office.
There was a 100% turnout for the strike yesterday.
Normally someone would cross the picket line,
when I worked there.
There was no mail left in the fitting.
I nipped into Sainsburys for some milk.
I had a message that my tracker had been delivered \o/
Back home we go.
Lots of packets for me :)
Some of the things I had ordered.
Now off to finish sorting out the kitchen cupboards at my late Father-in-law's house.
Before we started, we had a coffee and lunch.
He sorted upstairs.
I sorted out all the things in the kitchen cupboards.
I filled up my 5 tool boxes with tools and bits!
Coffee needed again.
Once I finally emptied them all.
Loaded up the car with the tool boxes.
Now to go over with flowers to hubby's mum's grave.
As it would have been her 82rd Birthday tomorrow.
Once hubby get's his inheritance, he is paying for a nice gravestone with all the six names of those in the grave.
Back home.
On looking through my packets.
One seller sent me the wrong item!!!
Sent the Ebayer a nice message.
Now to get the tools in.
I see Hell is opening up!
We had a quick tea.
Now to look in today's newspaper.
UK No.1 on this day in 1964:
The Honeycombes - Have I Got The Right ?
Found out earlier Tom Springfield had died last month aged 88.
He was the older brother of singer Dusty Springfield, with whom he performed in the Springfields. He wrote several hit songs for the Springfields ("Island of Dreams", "Say I Won't Be There") and later for the Seekers ("I'll Never Find Another You", "A World of Our Own", "The Carnival Is Over", "Georgy Girl"), whose records he also produced.
We then watched The Biggest Hits of the Seventies from 1973.
