It's Good To Talk!

If you cannot get rid of the family skeleton, you may as well make it dance - George Bernard Shaw
Welcome to my Funday Tuesday 😀
We had a bit of a lie-in.
Then to do the Heardles.
Heardle 60s:
My answers:

As we all were meeting up with my ex-husband and his nice wife for breakfast.
I still had my Breakfast with Brew.
I wasn't going to have a Cooked Breakfast, I was just going to enjoy toast with coffee.
Thermal vest went on...
Now time to go for some chat, nibble and toast.
My hubby and our two kids had Cooked Breakfasts.
My ex-husband and his nice wife had a veggie cooked breakfasts.
I just had toast and coffee.
We had a good chat.
My ex-husband then took the kids to Sainburys.
We didn't realise the younger son had the only house key, so we followed them to Sainburys to get the key!
Gets back home after that!
Soon after ex-husband and nice wife drops our kids back, they join us for coffee and a piece of Christmas cake...
Ex-Husband's nice wife showed me how to crochet a square.
She had lots of patience!
My effort is on the left!
Wished them a safe journey when they left.
We had to go and fetch a lucky bag from Morrisons.
While we were in there we got some reduced stuff for tea.
We had the red light problem again!
Back home to cook up our tea.
I had a bit more than everyone else as they were all still full from their Breakfast.
Yum!

Goes In With A Basket....

Biologically speaking, if something bites you, it is more likely to be female - Desmond Morris.
Welcome to my Sunday 💓
We got up early to have breakfast out.
Where has the sun gone?
I didn't have the fried breakfast.
Everyone did.
The kids went for free.
I chatted with the waitress when I paid for the Breakfast. She commented when she was working through Covid Lockdown at another pub.
One man wouldn't give his details for Track and Trace and threated to slap her is he wasn't allowed in. She said he was on camera and the Police be called if he raises his hand to her.
He suddenly left after that.
I said,"You have more patience than me!"
Then off to see my mum and dad.
Dropped the kids back home.
We went back out.
Hope it isn't going to rain!
Robin came in to look at the Bird food section.
Got all the bits what I wanted.
Going to pop next door to the other Garden Centre.
Goes in with a basket, and to change it for a trolley instead!
Gets home.
Unpacks all the things I got.
Coffee time.
We did the Heardles before we started on the garden.

Once finished.
Popped to see my dad with his balloons 🎈
Someone has been buried one up from my parent's grave↓
Wished my dad a happy Father's Day.
Back home.
Hubby had some nice presents of our kids.
What comes with happiness today comes a bit of sadness.

The last time my dad, hubby's dad got together was 2018↓
As 2019 was Dad was bed-bound.
In 2020, my dad passed away.
Gone but never forgotten 💓💓💓💓
Our local radio station played a request for my hubby for Father's Day.
