Nearly......

The first Sunday I sang in the church choir, 200 people changed their religion - Fred Allen.
Welcome to very cold Thursday 😨
The rain has moved elsewhere \o/
Breakfast and Brew.
Thermal vest and Thermal knickers goes on.
Dressed.
Big coat and Russian hat goes on.
Now to leave the house.
I gives hubby a sloppy wet one 💋 before I go.
I tried to put my lining into my Winter Coat.
Ran out of time, so I will add it later.
On goes the winter coat, winter hat and some very warm gloves.
Turns on my lights.
Fetches my newspaper.
Swaps my newspaper for my big stick.
Turns on my other lights.
It was very trying to say the least.
Going up the road too fast and suddenly having the slam on their brakes as I was walking across the road in front of them!
Both sides of the road, they had to brake very quick.
Some left it really late as I could have done a Tap and Crack on their windscreen!
Parking in the the Keep Clear space was being done as well!
At least I had no low lying sun to deal with!
Finished in one piece.
Off to Morrisons.
At the self-service till.
None of the reduced food barcodes would scan.
Even the full priced Blueberries.
I had to fetch another pack of Blueberries as it was 3 for 2.
Got shopping.
Back home.
Put my shopping away.
Quick coffee.
Then I made a Cauliflower Cheese.
Left it in the oven for later.
Now out to have a quick haircut.
While I was waiting, a Barry song appeared on the radio.
Just had to sing-a-long
Felt better afterwards.
I will have to wear that Russian Hat a bit more often now.
Back home.
More Minions arrived.
Time for some Liquid lunch.
I talked to hubby on his lunchbreak.
Now off to do the afternoon shift.
On goes my winter hat, winter coat
&
The big big sunglasses.
I go and put on the first set of lights.
Off down to the Charity Shop.
Someone came out of the shop holding the blue/white rug I had donated this week :)
Loads of bargains in there...
Gets my bargains.
Says goodbye to all the staff.
Turns on my lights.
Exchanges my bargains for my big stick.
Off to the square for a rabbit!
My two other friends joined us.
They told me, they rejected the offer of car insurance (as it had gone up too much)
They went with another insurance company.
Only for the old insurance company to take out £600 on the old debit card that had expired!
So they had fun this morning to get the £600 back. As the old debit card had expired, they will send a cheque for the full amount!
I thanked them all for coming as it was time for me to start my afternoon shift.
No low lying sun to worry about until 5 mins at the end of my shift.
The big stick had to come down.
Soon the brakes were applied!
Finished in one piece!
Back home.
Puts the oven on.
Cup of brew time.
Unpacked all my bargains...
Started taking down the pictures off the wall, leading up the stairs.
Hubby came back home and had a sloppy wet one 💋
Tea is ready.
Yum!
Afterwards I looked into today's newspaper.
We watched last night's Headliners.
Hubby took the rest of the pictures of the wall leading upstairs.
It looks so empty and it now echos going up the stairs.....
The pictures will be back up tomorrow night :)
I had to catch up with some Council work.
Sleep Tea Time.
Lots going on tomorrow...
The most important thing is...
Friday Feeling 🎈 is back!

Out In The Fresh Air!

I was once so poor I didn't know where my next husband was coming from - Mae West
Welcome to my hectic Sunday 💫
No chance of a lie-in, so much to do.
Breakfast with Brew.
On goes the thermal vest.
Dressed.
My older son decides to take part in the Couch to 5k.
He was dragging his heels for a lift.
Our Robin says hello, while we wait...
Off we go.
Drops son off.
Now to say hello to my parents.
Then off to check the tyres.
Off to ScrewFix...
Back home.
Coffee time.
Then we start tidying up the Dining Room and sorting out my 1950's cabinet.
My older son painted his room with Anti-Mould paint. However he had moved all his stuff into his brother's room and was in no hurry to move it back in!
The Cabin has to be taken down.
He doesn't open his windows...
I can't get to his windows to open them as he doesn't put his things away in the Cabin Bed!
The lovely curtains I made for him, he threw away as well as the net curtains I put up!
I had to rescue the plant he also threw away.
The Mould now had taken hold of his Cabin Bed.
So after spending £275 it will have to go :( :(
Both sons having a go at each other, then the older one having a go at me!
Time for some liquid refreshment!
Still arguing at each other, hubby and I go and fetch a Magic bag from Morrisons.
Then to do a bit of shopping at Lidl.
Already got a microwave.
Gets back home to unload the shopping.
My older son is still dragging his heels on getting his room sorted. Now he is refusing to sleep in his room!
Better get the tent out and sleep outside in the front garden!
In the end he goes and sleeps over at our friend's house.
His rooms stops the same!
Shopping put away.
Then the tea is made!
Nice Pork Tea!
Yum.
Quick look into today's newspaper.
