Receiving The Bullet

Welcome to Thursday,

Had a coffee to start the day.

 I had a friend come round for coffee and chat.

Had a good 3 hours of yak yak.

As soon as she left,

I checked my emails.....

I had "Your Fired" from Job 3 by email.

Great!

Looks like my kids won't be getting ANY    maintenance for a long time to come....

I hear the sound of small violins being played.🎻 

Time for a rough play with Kenny.

Baked and decorated.

4 cakes going into school tomorrow.

 The rest is going with hubby tomorrow.

As we are still not eating cake or chocolate for Lent....
Roll on for some nice Friday Feeling tomorrow.....

After finishing my Jobs tonight.

I looked up at the sky...

Those dark clouds coming over the house,

Time to bring in the washing...off the line!

  Still being good for Lent

(No chocolate or cake)

So glad Lent finishes this week..\o/

Glass of non-alcoholic drink and cake to celebrate...

(But not until Thursday!)

Getting Ready For The Big Day....

It's my all time favourite pop artist's Birthday today.

He is 66 years old, and his name is Peter Gabriel.

I wished him Happy Birthday on Twitter.

Getting the bits ready for tomorrow.

However it's going to be a bit different this year.

No Chocolate, no Cake, but plenty of hugs,kisses and other things ;)

Home made card, home made 3 course meal and Shloer (as we don't drink alcohol still!)

Broke open my newly delivered Mary Berry Cookbook...

Homemade Chicken,Leek & Mushroom Pie cooking in the oven.

Better get on making my hubby's Valentine's card.......
