Watching Them Flash!

“I never said it would be easy, I only said it would be worth it.”
Mae West
Happy Sunday!
I woke up too early for a Sunday.
 Time for a brew downstairs....↓
I fell back off to sleep for an hour,
Only to woken up by Sleeping Beauty and a cup of brew!
Breakfast.
Dressed.
Now to get the Christmas Decorations up!
For the first time in years, we have lights on the front of the house!
And in the stairs window↓
The tree in the living room goes up↗↗
Our youngest puts up a tree in his bedroom.
Quick lunchbreak.
One episode of Hell's Kitchen.
Hubby went out to collect some items I bought...
(Always comes in useful!)
Old sewing table which I am going to upcycle in red!
When I got it, out came the material.
I ordered some bits to finish it off.
Lets see if the lights work in the Living Room window...
Let's see if the Bakery is open...
Now to see what the lights look like outside, now it's dark!
Now a little treat for all the hard work we have done over the weekend!
Everyone then was getting all their things ready for school and work...
I carried on watching Hell's Kitchen...
With my Sleep Tea↓
We caught up with Friday's episode of
Mae West  was an American actress, singer, playwright, screenwriter, comedian, and sex symbol whose entertainment career spanned seven decades. She was known for her lighthearted, bawdy double entendres and breezy sexual independence, and often used a husky contralto voice. She was active in vaudeville and on stage in New York City before moving to Los Angeles to pursue a career in the film industry.
West was one of the most controversial movie stars of her day; she encountered many problems, especially censorship. She once quipped, "I believe in censorship. I made a fortune out of it.She died on this day aged 87 in 1980.
Now to enjoy this Christmas Decorations for nearly 6 weeks!
After this terrible year, it's nice to enjoy something nice!
