Too Much Finger!

Every moment is a golden one for him who has the vision to recognise it as such - Henry Miller
Welcome to my Hump of the Week 🐫
Nice warm hug to start the hump with.
Brew with Breakfast.
Thermal vest goes on.
As well as layers!
No Frost last night,
So no uncovering of Sexy Beast.
I gave hubby a sloppy wet πŸ’‹before I left.
I still had 2 winter hats and the big big gloves on.
Walked up and waited to turn on my lights.
I turned them on,
Now ready to roll 🍭
First Limbo Dancer of the the morning was only going 10 m.p.h but went right under my stick!
The Silver BMW was next, he wagged his finger at me as he went under my stick.
The third Limbo dancer, the car driver attempted to stop, decided no too, and carried on under the stick!
Cars were braking the last minute!
In the final 15 minutes of my shift, I was waiting to cross anyone over, when a red Toyota with 2  men aged 20+ sat in there.
The driver flicked me his third finger at me when he drove past!
"What have I done to deserve this?"
Lucky for him, I remembered his license plate number!
After I finished in one piece.
I picked up the newspaper and my neighbour's magazine.
Got home.
I put on the coffee machine.
I phoned up my new boss to report and give her the license plate number. She will pass it onto the Police.
She had 2 reports of angry car drivers getting out of their car verbal abusing the Lollipop men/woman!
On the phone for 45 minutes.
I asked my kids would they get out of their cars and have a word at me....while doing my lollipop job.
"No way" came their reply
I phoned hubby up to tell him what happened earlier.
5 minutes on the phone.
Phoned my friend to tell he what happened.
45 minutes on the phone.
Coffee time.
I ran out of time to write my blog post from yesterday.
Now to enjoy some soup!
Mmmmm
The sun is back out....
Time to wear the big big sunglasses..
Time for part two.
Still had two winter hats and gloves on.
Turned on my lights.
Had a little rabbit with my friends.
I said Goodbye to them when I started.
Low lying sun was a bit of a problem.
I told a few parents about the finger problem from this morning.
They couldn't believe it!
Still had a couple of car failing to stop,
BOING!
Just as I finished, my friend appeared again with his dog.
Walks back to the car for more RABBIT.
Once finishing yakking, time for me to go home.
I covered up Sexy Beast, as there is another frost due tonight.
Then time to peel some potatoes and get the tea on the go.
I gave hubby a sloppy wet πŸ’‹ when he came home.
They had sausages,mash,and peas.
I had the veggie option.
Yum!
Quick look into the newspaper.
At least I shop at Waitrose sometimes!
